A motion to dismiss was filed on Erin's behalf, in hopes of finally putting the phony, vindictive, and egregious criminal charge behind her . It will be argued on March 14, 2022, in the Presque Isle County Circuit Court, heard and decided by Hon. Aaron J. Gauthier.
