On Monday, February 14, 2022, Judge Gauthier, sitting in the Presque Isle County Circuit Court, held a hearing to review Erin Chaskey's Bond Conditions. Fortunately, he modified the outrageous conditions only meant to cause suffering - striking the: no trespass, no contact, and provision preventing her from leaving the state.
